You have band aids for the family in the first aid kit, but do you have what your dog might need? In this class we will talk about the basic supplies that are wise to have in a family dog first aid kit. I am not a veterinarian, and do not suggest folks keep their dog from the vet. I DO think it is great to be prepared with basic supplies and that it is wise to have some basic information on basic canine ailments.

Did you know most pet aid organizations cannot transport dogs who will not crate? There are many ways to playfully prepare your pet now, so that if something no fun does happen, you and your dog will know what to do to get your furry friend to safety.

A content soul is one who gets out and moves. Let me help you by taking your dog for a walk. I am happy to work with your dog on their leash behavior if you like. I am happy to teach you how to communicate with your dog through use of a leash. A leash is a great tool for communication. (See also Leash Training offerings in conjunction with Suzanne Parker’s Doggie School below.)

Whether I can help you with education, training, or recommend a class I am offering, I will do what I can to help. I’ve been there. It’s stressful - and sometime scary. The good news is that you don’t have to stay there. Let’s get the human/canine communication lines open and get connected.
